Big Team Advisory Board
As Big Team enters a new phase, focused on organisational development, we’re refreshing our board and looking to recruit*:
We're seeking individuals passionate about supporting underrepresented communities, creativity, and challenging industry norms. Ideal candidates will bring a range of experiences and be committed to sharing their expertise with Big Team.
We’re especially keen to hear from those with lived experience or who have worked closely with the targeted communities that Big Team work with; those from lower socio-economic backgrounds and/or the global majority.
Board roles go beyond attending 4x meetings a year. Members will take on tasks between meetings, share updates, and contribute tangible ideas.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:
Funding/Bids (especially for CICs/youth orgs)
Youth work
CIC / Organisation strategy
Festivals
HR / Wellbeing
Leadership
Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI)
