Rate of Pay: Pro Rata £27K - £31K (dependent on experience)
Start Date: 7th January 2025
Employment Term: 12 months fixed term contract (with view to extend)
About Team Love
We are one of the South-West’s leading event production companies, specialising in music festivals and events. We co-programme and produce a number of innovative, large-scale events (Love Saves The Day, Love International, Simple Things, Waterworks, FORWARDS and the Silver Hayes area of Glastonbury). We also run our own venue, an established cornerstone of Bristol nightlife, The Love Inn.
Social responsibility is central to our work, we aim to produce events which contribute to wider change in the local community and beyond and run a number of additional dedicated projects and initiatives centring around social and environmental impact and change.
About the Role
The Partnerships Co-ordinator will have the mission to support partnership activity across Team Love shows, both commercial and community driven.
The role will work with our Head of Partnerships and the wider Team Love senior team to research, enquire, explore and pitch partnerships, then deliver and produce the partnership activity we confirm for the year ahead.
A collaborative approach to working with other internal departments within the company and other stakeholders is key for the partnerships team, ensuring that all involved have the information they need for delivery.
Key responsibilities

Delivery of commercial partnerships from contract signing to on site delivery & wrap up post show

Liaising and co-ordinating with departments throughout delivery - Production, Marketing, Bars, Finance, External Brand Agencies

Working with the Head of Partnerships to further develop the partnership framework and processes that integrate into Team Love’s wider work across shows.

Building meaningful and positive relationships with commercial and community partners

Networking and exploring other commercial opportunities that align with our values.
On site specific:
You’ll need to be comfortable co-ordinating on site, using a radio and working across departments on site.
The successful candidate must be able to commit to the following on site dates in 2025:
24th-25th May - Bristol
23rd & 24th August - Bristol
12th-14th September - London
(Additional onsite days onsite will also be required, tbc).
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution focussed, and willing to chip in and help where needed, both in the office and across the events. Flexibility and a willingness to work outside of standard office hours is required, along with a collaborative approach and ability to remain calm in a fast paced working environment.
Essential skills and experience:
• Strong IT skills to include Canva, Excel, Word and Google Drive
• Experience of the events industry
• Project management & delivery experience
• Highly organised with good time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders
Desirable skills and experience:
• Experience of writing Funding Applications
• Experience or understanding of working with brands

Camping will be available at events which take place away from Bristol

This role is a mixture of office based, and on site work at our events, with desk work, and some physically active work, involving some moving and lifting, required in both settings. A number of our events take place on greenfield sites and the role requires someone to move around independently and extensively.
